一、内容的性质
明灯提供的排盘与 AI 解读,是对中国传统命理文化的诠释,用于娱乐、文化了解与自我省思。它不是对未来的预测,也不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务、投资或职业方面的专业建议。你据此作出的任何决定,责任由你自己承担。若你面临健康、法律或财务上的重要问题,请咨询有资质的专业人士。
二、排盘精度
我们的排盘引擎基于天文算法与专业天文历数据,力求精确。但结果取决于你输入的出生时间是否准确;不同命理流派对晚子时、真太阳时等细节亦有不同处理,故不同软件之间可能出现差异。
三、AI 生成内容
解读由第三方大语言模型(DeepSeek)生成。AI 可能产生不准确、不一致或不完整的内容。我们不对任何具体解读的准确性作出保证,也不为你依赖该内容所导致的后果负责。
四、费用
明灯目前免费使用,提问次数不限,没有订阅或其他付费项目。
五、可接受的使用
请勿利用本应用从事违法活动,不得试图攻击、逆向、批量抓取或以自动化手段滥用我们的服务。我们保留在检测到滥用时限制或终止服务的权利。
六、知识产权
本应用及其排盘引擎、界面设计与文案归开发者所有。你对自己输入的内容保留权利。
七、免责与责任限制
本应用按「现状」提供,不附任何明示或默示的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任;在任何情况下,我们的赔偿责任总额不超过你在过去十二个月内为本应用支付的金额。

条款如有更新,我们会修改上方日期并在 App 内提示。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

By using MingDeng you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the content
The charts and AI readings MingDeng provides are an interpretation of a Chinese cultural tradition, offered for entertainment, cultural interest, and self-reflection. They are not predictions of the future, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or career advice. Any decision you make remains your own responsibility. For important questions about your health, legal position, or finances, please consult a qualified professional.
2. Accuracy of the chart
Our engine is built on astronomical algorithms and professional ephemeris data, and aims to be exact. Results nonetheless depend on the birth time you enter being correct. Different schools of practice also treat details such as the late Zi hour and true solar time differently, so results may legitimately differ between applications.
3. AI-generated content
Readings are generated by a third-party large language model (DeepSeek). AI can produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or incomplete content. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any particular reading and are not responsible for consequences arising from your reliance on it.
4. Pricing
MingDeng is currently free to use, with no daily question cap. There are no subscriptions or other paid features.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse our service by automated means. We may restrict or terminate service where abuse is detected.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its calculation engine, interface design, and written content belong to the developer. You retain rights to the content you enter.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app. In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date above and note it in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
