MindShift is a mind-mapping app that runs entirely on your device. The principle is simple: your maps are yours. We can't see them, and we don't want to.
MindShift does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. There is no account system, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDK, and no server of ours anywhere.
Every map you create is saved in a database inside the app's sandbox on this device. The app makes no network connections of its own. Your maps never leave your iPhone, iPad, or Mac unless you move them yourself (for example through a device backup you control).
As required by Apple, we declare the "required reason" APIs the app uses:
Deleting a map inside the app removes it permanently from this device. Deleting the app removes everything. There is no copy anywhere else.
MindShift collects no data from anyone, so it collects no data from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Because MindShift's architecture gives us no access to your data, no change can weaken the guarantees described here.

若本政策有调整，我们会更新本页与顶部的生效日期。由于应用的构造方式让我们无法接触你的数据，任何调整都不会削弱以上保证。
